Acceptance of SynapseForge Service Terms

By accessing or utilizing the SynapseForge services, you signify your unequivocal agreement to be bound by these meticulously crafted Terms of Service. This digital accord constitutes a legally binding contract between you and SynapseForge. If any provision within these terms fails to align with your understanding or acceptance, refraining from using our services is advised. Continued engagement with our platform, applications, or any associated offerings implies your full comprehension and unwavering consent to every clause, condition, and obligation outlined herein, forming the bedrock of our collaborative digital journey.

SynapseForge Intellectual Property Licensing

SynapseForge grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is provided for your personal or internal business use only, as applicable, and does not permit any redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation beyond the scope explicitly agreed upon. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the SynapseForge services remain the exclusive property of SynapseForge. Unauthorized use of any SynapseForge intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be met with appropriate legal action.

• You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the SynapseForge services or any part thereof.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the SynapseForge services or any content contained therein.
• You may not use the SynapseForge services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Your Responsibilities as a SynapseForge User

As a user of SynapseForge, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SynapseForge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are also responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. SynapseForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities, without prior notice.

SynapseForge's Scope of Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynapseForge and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, even if SynapseForge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SynapseForge Account Termination Protocols

SynapseForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your SynapseForge account, you may simply discontinue using the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdictional Accordance

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within South Africa for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This choice of law and jurisdiction ensures consistency and clarity in the interpretation and enforcement of these terms within the specified legal framework.
